Return and exchange policy

We want every customer to receive the right product, size and color. Please read the policy before requesting a return or exchange.

Policy Summary

Return or exchange requests must be made as soon as possible after receiving the product. Product must be unused, clean and in original condition.

Exchange is available when

  • Wrong size delivered: If the delivered size does not match your order.
  • Wrong color delivered: If the delivered color does not match your order.
  • Wrong product delivered: If you receive a different product than ordered.
  • Manufacturing issue: If there is a genuine defect noticed immediately after receiving.

Return may not be accepted when

  • Product has been used, damaged, washed or altered by the customer.
  • Original packaging, tag or invoice is missing.
  • Request is made too late after delivery.
  • Size/color was selected incorrectly by customer and product condition is not resellable.

How to request exchange

  • Contact support with your tracking/order ID and phone number.
  • Share clear photos/video of the product and package.
  • Our team will verify the issue and confirm next steps.
  • Delivery charge for exchange may apply depending on the case.
Important: Please check product in front of delivery person when possible. Keep invoice/order ID safe for support.
